Excellent lens, March 14, 2012 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Sigma 105mm f/2.8 EX DG OS HSM Macro Lens for Nikon DSLR Cameras (Electronics) I'm not entering in technical explanations. I like to take pictures a lot, I already have 4 cameras and a bunch of lens and equipment. Honestly I don't see the point to talk about specifications. The picture that counts to me is the picture that I like, period. Now, back to the review, I ordered this lens from amazon couple days ago. Norman Camera and Video received the order and they sent the lens next day by FedEx, thanks for that, excellent and fast service (good thing that was fast and free shipping). Received the lens last Tuesday, I started to "play" with it in my d7000. I have a couple little objects in my house so I could run a couple shots with this lens. Previously I have a Tokina 100mm macro for Nikon and one Tamron 90mm for my canon 60d and T2i. I already have on file pictures of this objects with my other lens, I use the same apertures, speed and ISO measures than my other lens, more likely.
